About the Role
Great South is looking for someone to deliver the Business Events Southland Strategy, grow off-peak visitation, and elevate Southland’s national and international conference profile. We’re the engine behind Southland’s growth—tourism, events, business, and wellbeing.
What You’ll Drive:

Strategic partnerships with iwi, venues, airlines, and trade

Bidding and planning for high-impact conferences

Marketing campaigns and digital storytelling

Economic impact reporting and community wellbeing initiatives
Who You Are:

A connector, strategist, and event visionary

Experienced in MICE, trade shows, or expos

A leader who thrives on collaboration and innovation
